The Faculty of Education and Sports Sciences of the University of Pontevedra is located on the Río Ebro campus, in the municipality of Pontevedra. The Faculty of Education and Sports Sciences of the University of Pontevedra was created in 1992 as a result of the separation of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of Vigo.
