In this article, a test type exam is carried out for leisure and free time monitors, in which the knowledge of the candidates in the field of socio-cultural animation, leadership and teamwork is evaluated. The results of the exam allow us to conclude that the candidates present a medium-high level of knowledge in the field of socio-cultural animation, leadership and teamwork. However, some deficiencies have been detected in terms of the leadership capacity of the candidates, as well as in terms of their ability to work as a team.
