What qualification is obtained with the ESO?

In Spain, the degree in Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) is an academic title of secondary education that is obtained by passing the studies of compulsory secondary education, as established in Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, of Education (LOE).

Compulsory secondary education lasts for four academic years and is divided into two cycles of two courses. The first cycle of ESO corresponds to common basic education and the second cycle develops the teachings of ESO.

  2. Click on the "Citizen Portal" button at the top right of the screen.
  3. On the new screen, select the "Titles and Certificates" option from the "Procedures and Procedures" drop-down menu .
