When will the results of the PAU come out?
The results of the Pruebas de Acceso a la Universidad (PAU) are published approximately one month after the tests have been taken. Although the exact date depends on each university, generally, the results are published in July.
To check the results, students must access the website of the university to which they have submitted the application. In most cases, they will be asked to enter their ID number to access personal information. The results will be presented in a table that will indicate the score obtained in each subject.
Once published, the results of the PAU are not definitive. Students can file a claim if they believe that errors have been made in the correction of their exams. To do this, they must follow the procedure established by the university to which they have applied.
Students who have obtained a sufficient score in the PAU will be able to access the university of their choice. Those who have not passed the tests will have to choose between a series of non-university Vocational Training (FP) courses or take a year of adaptation (Free University Access Tests, PLAU).
